Capital One does allow outgoing ACH Debits Virtual banks emoney market does either
but I want a interest baring account that I can set up to automatic for my CC to earn as much interest as possible
any suggestions? I looked in the bank by feature forum

oh yea daily compound daily prefered, crediting quarterly would be convient for book keeping
