WSFS Bank located mainly in Delaware with a branch also in Kennett Square PA is a great bank. They've got Free checking, Free Checking with interest, a No minimum savings account with 4.5% interest.
As featured bonuses:
$10 for your old bank's check books (even half used ones) and your debit card.
$25 for business checks
$5 for using your debit card (which is a benefit on it's own) after your first 5 purchases.
You also get a Free gift for just opening a Checking account. Another feature is their Tell-A-Friend program which allows you to refer people and get more Free gifts, I got an entire set of luggage!
Their VISA debit card is the most unique out of ALL banks debit cards. They are the only bank that I know of that gives CASH back (up to 1%) for using their debit card
