I have done this for about 7-8 months and it's all come to a screeching halt in the past month. Eventually the bank just closes your acct saying you're needs are not being met by the services they offer (polite way to do it). I don't care about ChexSystems, but it's not illegal, and I made well over $1000 doing it each week.
