I've used this service twice now and have gotten the $100 giftcards promptly.
All I had to do was make *sure* that rent.com was listed on my rental application as the person who referred me to the apt and report the lease on rent.com
Great service. I'll never use a local apartment finder ever again (unless they give me more of a kickback).
