In our continuing commitment to offer the most up-to-date products, we are pleased to announce that Bank of Internet USA Bill Payment Service will be enhanced beginning August 18, 2006. If you currently have Bill Pay, we think you are going to really like these new features. If you have not as yet signed-up for Bill Pay, now is a great time to do so.

We will provide greater ease and convenience through the following new features:

• Payments made by check through Bill Payment will be deducted from your account only after the payment has been received by your payee, and the check has cleared your account at the bank - just as if you wrote the check yourself!
  
• No additional login will be required for Bill Payment; once you are into the Internet Banking System, you can access Bill Payment directly!
  
• You will have the ability to pay bills from multiple checking accounts!
  
• Payments are processed twice a day, Monday through Friday, at 2 a.m. CST, and again at 12 noon CST.

In order to implement the new features, our Bill Payment services may be unavailable from 4:00pm CST on Thursday, August 17, 2006, until Saturday afternoon, August 19, 2006 to allow time to transfer all of your existing bill payment information to the new system, including payees, payment history and recurring payments. It will not be necessary for you to re-enter any of your payee or payment information, and there will be no interruption of scheduled payments.
