Membership at Eagle Community Credit Union is open to:

* Anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in the county of Orange, California
* Any employee of the Unites States Postal Service or any Federal Government employee who lives or works within the following counties:
o Orange
o Riverside
o San Diego
o Portions of Los Angeles County
o Portions of San Bernardino County
* Retired employees of the United States Postal Service
* Retired employees of any agency of the Federal Government
* Family members* of any current member, regardless of where they live or work
* Employees of Employer Partners that offer Eagle CU membership
