I called the bank, got put on hold for a long time, then told to go to diningdough.com to find out what "dining dough" is.
Dining Dough, once you are enrolled and given a $100 credit, allows you to print out certificates for "Dining Dough" for restaurants in your area that ARE ON THEIR LIST. In my area (DC, MD, VA), very few chains are included, and not a lot of non-chain establishments. I dine out at least twice a month, and only one place I ever visited is on the list. Further, typically a dining dough certificate is for $10 with a $20 minimum purchase; $25 with a $50 minimum purchase, etc.
This program might be for some, but it seems to me to be much more restrictive than cash or even than giftcard giveaways.
