Note: I am not sure why the website says that 50,000 bonus miles is enough for an Economy Class round-trip transatlantic flight award from the USA. I think you need at least 60,000 miles for a round-trip. Or did they mean a flight to Hawaii? You can find fligth reward chart at http://www.miles-and-more.com/mediapool/pd...edia_922287.pdf . Your real cost will be at least $79 because the card has an annual fee (of $79, see card terms here).

Premier World MasterCard will receive an additional 30,000 bonus miles after at least $2,500 in Net Purchases (that are not later returned or rescinded) has been charged to the new account in the first 90 days of account opening.This benefit does not apply to Platinum MasterCard Cardmembers.
Bonus miles will be credited to the Miles & More Account at the close of the first billing statement in which the first Purchase or Balance Transfer is made. Balance Transfer Checks do not qualify for bonus miles.
