ED dropped from a 3 star to a 2 star rating, which is "below industry average" in their financial standing. Of course they are FDIC insured, but it makes you wonder a little. I've also seen talk on other websites that customers are linking their spam email to ED.

I wonder if they saw a lot of money move out while their rates were lagging some of the other online banks. Or maybe the don't have as much power to lend out at higher rates than they are paying.
