Clark Gasoline Rebate Program
Your Clark Platinum MasterCard is issued by Juniper Bank, located in Wilmington, DE. The Clark Gasoline Rebate Program ("Program") is owned and administered by Clark Brands, LLC. and its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Clark"). By accepting the Clark Platinum MasterCard, you agree that Juniper Bank may share information regarding your account, including the account number and transaction information, with Clark for the purposes of providing customer service to you for the Program.
For the first two billing cycles, that an account is open, Juniper Bank will request that Clark award rebates of 8% on net Clark purchases and 2% on all other net purchases to a cardmembers Clark Platinum MasterCard account provided the account is open and current.
After the first two billing cycles, Juniper Bank will request that Clark award rebates between 3% and 8% for all net purchases made on a cardmembers Clark Platinum MasterCard at participating Clark locations and rebates equal to 1% on all net purchases made anywhere else provided the account is open and current at the time of purchase. The rebate on Clark purchases in a billing cycle will be based on the total net purchases for that billing cycle and will be determined as follows:
up to $250=3%
Between $251-$500=4%
Between $501-$1,000=5%
Greater than $1000=8%
The maximum rebate allowance on purchases at Clark branded locations will be $100 during a billing cycle. Rebates on all other purchases do not have a maximum.
Rebate accumulations will be reported monthly on your billing statement. Each time you accumulate at least $20 in rebates they will be automatically redeemed on your next Clark purchase and will appear as a credit on the following month's billing statement. Rebates are not transferable and points accumulated will expire after 12 months if not redeemed.
The Clark Gasoline Rebate Program is not an obligation of Juniper Bank. Any disputes concerning rebates will not affect your payment obligation to Juniper Bank on your account. You will not earn rebates if your account is not in good standing. Any tax liability resulting from the Program is the cardmembers responsibility. Juniper Bank is not responsible for any dispute from joint cardmembers or authorized users relating to the rebate Program.
Any discrepancies in rebates earned must be brought to Juniper Bank's attention promptly, but in no event later than 60 days from the date of the transaction or the billing statement for which an adjustment is sought. Should we be notified after the 60 day period, adjustments will be made only at Juniper Bank's discretion.
