problem with that is if 10 people ask, but only 5 open the account, you will have no way of knowing which 5 to pay

I think BofA should let me know who exactly has opened a new account using my referral.

they will not, it's a confidentualty thing. They arn't so nieve as to believe that you will only sign up your close friends.
problem with that is if 10 people ask, but only 5 open the account, you will have no way of knowing which 5 to pay
I think BofA should let me know who exactly has opened a new account using my referral.

Nope... they will just send you a check with no info about the person who applied via your referral link.
