Rebates are earned by making purchases with the Card. Cardmembers earn ten (10%) percent on all qualifying purchases of gas, food or merchandise made with the Card at HESSŪ locations (HESS gas stations, HESS EXPRESS convenience stores and WILCO HESS) for the first ninety (90) days from account opening. Thereafter, cardmembers earn five (5%) percent on all HESSŪ location purchases and one (1%) percent on all other purchases. Rebates are earned on card purchases only. Rebates are not earned on balance transfers, cash advances, any checks that access your account, overdraft protection advances, travelers checks, finance charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of the cardmember's account. Once enrolled, your rewards disclosure will be sent to you containing all program guidelines and benefits. There is no limit on the amount of Rebates that can be earned.
