I don't live in GA and my online app was accepted, so I'm considering this one to be available nationwide. LINK

I interpret it the same way that you do.

does that mean that inorder to get 25 dollars you have to give them 13 check cards from 13 different banks, or 13 check pads? am i missing something here?

maybe they are targeting the ibank crowd.
can i ask you if you had the option of funding with a credit card, and how do you plan to give theem 13cards/checks since you do not live in georgia.

I don't plan on receiving the $25 for turning in check cards or pads, or the $25 for DD. Funding options are by check or by wire transfer, so apparently you can't fund by ACH, which is my preferred method.

According to an email received from a cust service rep at NW Ga Bank:
"While we do accept applications online we will not actually open the account online. You will ultimately need to come into a branch to open a checking account."
For those interested: it is a soft credit pull to open a checking account.
