Eligible new and referring Members each receive a $25 incentive. Primary Savings offers an Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of .45%. It has a $5 minimum balance requirement for Membership and to earn the stated APY and the incentives. Rate accurate since 12/30/11 and may vary.
