Terms:
1. The “Checking + Savings” Promotion (hereafter referred to as promotion) will run from February 1, 2015 through March 31, 2015.
2. Eligibility: The promotion is open to legal residents of the Continental U.S. who are 18 years of age or older. A new account must be opened to qualify during promotional period. Limit one bonus per household. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion: By opening a Checking My Way or Classic checking account and accepting a debit card between February 1, 2015 and March 31, 2015 account holders will be eligible for a cash bonus of $100.00. If a Passbook savings account is also opened at the same time as the checking, account holders will be eligible for an additional cash bonus of $50.00. Tax implications may apply. The requirements to be eligible for the cash bonuses are in sections 4 and 5.
4. A $100.00 cash deposit will be made into the checking account within 30 days of funding with the $100.00 minimum deposit and the acceptance of a debit card. A $50.00 cash deposit will be made into the savings account within 30 days of funding with the $100.00 minimum deposit. The account must either be opened online or at a branch with a coupon requested online by the customer.
5. The Passbook savings account has an Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of .10%. The classic checking account has an APY of .10% for balances over $250. Rates current as of 02/01/2015 and are subject to change. Fees could reduce earnings.
6. The Passbook savings account will incur an early close penalty of $20.00 if it is closed within 60 days of opening.
