My friend was approched by a company that said they seen his resume on CareerBuilders, and they said that he could make $3,000 - $5,000 cashing checks and wire transferring the funds to them. He was to recieve a 10% commission off the top. He recieved 2 checks in the mail and they were Qchexs. He called a couple of checking cashing spots and they were unfamilar with Qchex. I couldn't understand why there was not a Bank's name on the check. In the process of going to Qchex's website, I found this article. The company He is dealing with is from Italy, so they say, and they sell security alarm systems. They also do not have a website which roused my suspicion.
Please respond soon as he needs to do something with these checks soon if they are in fact valid.
