NOVA PAL PROGRAM
Terms and Conditions
The NOVA PAL Program is open to existing checking account customers—those who have had a checking account with
us for at least 30 days—and will operate as follows:
• All benefits to both the referring person (existing customer) and the referred person (new customer) are
conditioned upon the referred person (new customer) opening a checking account with direct deposit/bill pay
setup and maintaining that checking account for a period of ninety (90) calendar days. If the referred person
(new customer) does not meet ALL of the above requirements, any remaining benefits to both the referring
person (existing customer) and the referred person (new customer) shall become void. All offers and drawings
are subject to change or termination without notice;
• Following the satisfaction of ALL of the above requirements by the referred person (new customer), the
referring person (existing checking account holder) will receive a credit of $25 to their checking account.
• The referred person (new customer) will receive a bonus deposit of $50, payable in two $25 installments: the
first installment will be credited to the referred customer’s (new customer’s) checking account when a direct
deposit or bill payment is processed to/from the checking account established by the referred person (new
customer). Credit to the new account will occur within ten (10) business days after we receive notification; the
second installment will be credited to the referred customer’s (new customer’s) checking account within ten (10)
business days after the new customer’s checking account has been open for a period of ninety (90) calendar
days. The second installment of $25 will only be paid if a direct deposit/bill payment has been established for
the new account.
• The Free Basic Check Order is good for the initial order of 150 standard, wallet-style Safety Paper checks;
• The Free Safe Deposit Box offer applies to one small safe deposit box, available at our Locust Street,
Wynnewood, or Havertown locations. Quantities are limited. The safe deposit box will be free for one calendar
year from the date of box opening. If the qualifying conditions are not met for this benefit, the customer will be
billed for the pro-rated balance of the one year fee for the safe deposit box as of the date on which the
conditions cannot be met; for example, as of the date on which the referred person (new customer) closes
his/her checking account before ninety (90) calendar days have elapsed. The new customer must appear in
person to open a safe deposit box.
• The free Financial Consultation is offered through a unique partnership with UVEST Financial Services.
Securities offered by and Financial Consultants registered with UVEST Financial Services, member NASD,
SIPC. Securities are not FDIC insured; not bank guaranteed; may lose value;
• All existing customers who refer a new customer who opens a checking account by March 31, 2005 will be
eligible for the first Apple iPod Mini® drawing to be held June 30, 2005. Eligibility for the drawing, as well
drawing information, will be announced via email. Subsequent drawings will be held at the end of each
calendar quarter thereafter during the promotional period, and will include all existing checking account
customers referring new customers who open and maintain a checking account for at least ninety (90) calendar
days prior to the drawing. Employees, their families, vendors, or contractors of NOVA Savings Bank are not
eligible to win or receive the iPod Mini®.
PRIVACY
NOVA Savings Bank does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to
anyone, except as permitted by law. Please see our full Privacy Policy at www.novasavingsbank.com.
The information provided by the referring person (existing customer) will generate an automatic email containing
information regarding the NOVA PAL Program and offer the referred person the opportunity to sign up and to participate.
Those who do not wish to participate may simply send an email to [email protected] with
“UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject field. Please include your first and last name in the body of the email. All information
collected for those who choose the “UNSUBSCRIBE” option will be destroyed in accordance with NOVA Savings Bank’s
Privacy Policy and Procedures. Any information collected for those who elect to participate in the program will only be
used for this and future marketing initiatives.
All accounts opened in conjunction with the PAL Program will be subject to the Terms and Conditions detailed in our
Account Disclosure Information. All applicable Fee Schedules published by the Bank from time to time will apply to
accounts opened relative to the PAL Program. Your signature on the signature card will constitute your agreement to be
bound by all such documents. "
