I know that Bank of America and Gloucester County FSB have provisions to fund their accounts from your Visa or MasterCard. Anyone know of any other banks which offer this option?

I don't have an answer to this question, but you want to make sure that this will not be considered a cash advance by the bank

actually you can fund an account with a credit card and its considered a credit charge not a cash advance...I know Chase Bank allows you to fund an account by Credit Card up to $100.
