$25 Bonus terms:

This new cardmember bonus offer is not available to either (i) current cardmembers of this consumer credit card, or (ii) previous cardmembers of this consumer credit card who received a new cardmember bonus for this consumer credit card within the last 24 months. You will receive 2,500 bonus points with this bonus offer, which can be redeemed for $25 cash back. To qualify for and receive your bonus, your First Purchase and addition of an authorized user to your account must both occur during the first 3 months from account opening. ("First Purchase" does not include balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable.) After qualifying, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for bonus points to post to your account. To be eligible for this bonus offer, account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment.

Cash Back, Points and Net Purchases Terms:

Your Cash Back rewards are tracked as points in this program. Each $1 in Cash Back rewards earned is equal to 100 points. Your points can be redeemed for cash or any of the other redemption opportunities provided through Chase Ultimate Rewards. Redemption items may require a minimum number of points to redeem. For example, 2,000 points is needed to redeem for $20 in cash back. Net Purchases are purchases of goods and services made by you or any authorized user on your account minus any returns or refunds, and do not include balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable. Additional promotional opportunities to earn points may be available with the program. 1% Cash Back: You will earn 1% Cash Back rewards on all Net Purchases. 5% Total Cash Back: Each quarter that you activate the bonus before the deadline, you will earn an additional 4% (total of 5%) Cash Back rewards on up to $1,500 in combined Net Purchases in that quarter's bonus categories (including select merchants, when applicable). Merchants who accept Visa/MasterCard credit cards are assigned a merchant code which is determined by the merchant or its processor in accordance with Visa/MasterCard procedures based on the kinds of products and services they primarily sell. Chase groups similar merchant codes into categories for purposes of making rewards offers to you. Chase makes every effort to include all relevant merchant codes in its rewards categories. However, even though a merchant or some of the items that it sells may appear to fit within a rewards category, the merchant may not have a merchant code that falls within that category. Therefore, purchases with that merchant will not qualify for the stated rewards offer on category purchases. Purchases submitted by you or the merchant through third-party payment accounts (e.g. PayPal), mobile or wireless card readers, online or mobile digital wallets, or similar technology (collectively, "Technology") will not qualify in a rewards category if the Technology is not set up to process the purchase in the rewards category. For more information about quarterly 5% Cash Back offers, please visit chase.com/freedom and click the Chase Freedom FAQs link at the bottom of the page. There is no maximum number of points/Cash Back rewards that you can accumulate on the 1 point per $1/1% Cash Back in the program. Bonus/Promotional offers may have a maximum accumulation. See Rewards Program Rules and Regulations which will be mailed after your account is established.
