I have a Virtual bank's money market savings account for a while now and I am quite impressed with the service and the interest rate, also you get a personal banker for a direct contact either by phone or email. Right now the interest rate is 2.15% APY which is slightly better than ING Direct. You can make $20 bucks to sign-up.
