This offer is valid for new Citizens Bank members who join the Bank between April 20 and June 7, 2005 and open an Ultimate Savings Account with a minimum initial deposit of $500. Each new member will receive one $25 bonus deposit for opening an Ultimate Savings Account. An online or paper application form must be received by Citizens Bank by June 7, 2005 and the minimum initial deposit must be received by Citizens Bank no later than July 1, 2005. The offer is limited to one $25 bonus per new account and is limited to one account per new member. Bonus deposits will be processed within 90 days once an Ultimate Savings Account is opened and all account opening conditions are satisfied.
