I have to agree. Bank of America is not the place to put your money. I've actually been with Bank of America or one of its predecessors for over 20 years and have had very few problems until recently. I received a lower interest rate bank card and was thrilled that the payments went down substantially. Well, it was only for one month because the very next month my payment doubled from the original! I have spent time on the phone, email, etc trying to get this resolved. Each time I'm told, I'll check with my supervisor and call you back. At the beginning of the week I received an email from the bank indicated that the issue had been resolved. Imagine my surprise when I received a letter to the contrary in my mail today. I called the bank and basically they said....tough luck! you must pay the double amount and guess what ----we are going to raise it again....talk about rubbing salt in the wounds.

Stay away from Bank of America is all I can say!
