Offer expires on 5/10/06 and is available in any Bank of America banking center. The referral form available on www.bankofamerica.com must be presented at the time the account is opened. To receive any of the offers described, the referee/new customer must not be a current business checking customer and the new checking account must remain open until we can verify its eligibility, which generally takes no more than 90 days. The referee/new customer is not eligible for this offer if they were a signer on a Bank of America business checking account that was closed within the last three months. All accounts are subject to our normal approval process. A referring customer can receive multiple rewards for referring multiple new customers. A new customer can only receive one of each type of new account incentive. A new customer can still receive additional rewards by referring other new customers. Offer does not apply to second or multiple checking accounts. Only Small Business checking products are eligible for the Business Referral offer. After we verify that the new customer opened a qualifying new checking account, the referrer and referee will be paid the appropriate referral reward. Additional rewards may be earned by the referee/new checking customer who opens additional account(s) at the same time the checking account is opened. The new customer will receive $50 for opening a qualifying business checking account plus the following bonuses if the additional accounts are opened at the same time: $20 for opening a business savings account, $50 for applying for and being approved for a credit card and/or $100 for submitting an application for a Merchant Services Card Processing Solution with Bank of America, N.A. and BA Merchant Services, LLC within 15 days of opening a business checking account and the application is approved, for a total reward of up to $220. The referrer of this new customer will receive $50 if the new customer qualifies for the checking reward. The extra rewards are only paid to the new customer. We offer a variety of interest-bearing and non-interest-bearing checking accounts, plus various types of interest-bearing savings accounts. For interest-bearing business checking accounts, the Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is 0.10% (0.20% in Metro NY) as of 12/22/05 for any account balance. The rate may change after the account is opened. Fees could reduce earnings on the account. Transaction limits and excess transaction fees apply.
