First IB is enhancing its ACH processes!
First IB is pleased to announce a convenient new interface for our ACH on-demand service. The new interface -- which you will find under "Transfer Funds" in the main online banking menu -- lets you transfer funds from your First IB account to an account you hold with another institution. (Accounts you hold at other institutions are called "External Accounts.") You can also transfer funds from external accounts into your First IB account
Funds transfers process in as little as one business day, and there is no charge for transfers into your First IB account. Click here for a demo of the new interface.
If you currently use First IB's ACH on-demand service, the accounts we have pre-authorized for deposits and withdrawals will be converted to the new interface. You may begin initiating transfers on the day the new interface is available.
You will also be happy to know we have extended the cut-off time from 3:00 PM Eastern each day to 5:00 PM Pacific (8:00 PM Eastern) to allow you additional time to submit your requests!
