I have exaused my means of trying to apply for this account. You have to live in one of the counties in NY listed at their site. After countless conversations with the rep, they actually sent a letter to a woman in NY to confirm I'm her relative. Impossible! I suggested they add an email association like Meadow CU has, she forward to her superiors.

Rate Edge called me back and said my application had been approved w/o having verifying my reference. All is well that ends well!
