To receive an iPod shuffle, customer is required to close their main personal or business chequing account at another financial institution and transfer it to a new or existing eligible chequing account at TD Canada Trust, using EasySwitch. For personal customers, the TD Canada Trust account must also be set up with at least one direct deposit or two pre-authorized payments (can be new or existing). Limit one free gift per personal or small business customer and per joint account. Personal customer must be 19 years of age or older. All conditions of the offer must be completed by September 30, 2006 to qualify for the free gift. TD Canada Trust reserves the right to extend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice. Other conditions may apply. To receive a 1 GB iPod nano, customer must complete all chequing account conditions above and concurrently on the date of initiating the EasySwitch, (i) for personal customers, must also apply for a new TD Gold Travel Visa Card or TD Gold Elite Visa Card and be approved by August 4, 2006 (the “Visa End Date”); or (ii) for small business customers, must also apply for a new TD Business Visa Card with the TD Visa Travel Rewards Program (the “Program”) and be approved for the new card by the Visa End Date or enroll in the Program with your existing TD Business Visa Card. Existing TD Gold Travel Visa or TD Gold Elite Visa cardholders and existing Program members are not eligible for this offer. Quebec residents cannot apply via telephone for a personal TD Visa Card. Applications for new TD Visa Cards or enrollment into the Program for existing cardholders must be completed at a branch by the Visa End Date. This 1 GB iPod nano offer may not be used or combined with any other TD Visa offer.
2 For chequing accounts opened via the phone or web, account opening and EasySwitch documentation must be signed and returned to TD Canada Trust by September 1, 2006.
3 Bonus TD Points will be awarded to the new personal TD Visa account upon approval or to the new or existing TD Business Visa Card upon approval and/or enrollment in the Program.
