I've been using USAA Federal Savings Bank down in San Antonio for about 5 years. I started out with there car insurance. I have to say after bank one treated me so unfair, I've been very happy with usaa.

They are everything I want in a bank, plus they are dirt cheap for what you get.

What makes you choose a bank.

For me its:

Price / fees
How easy it is for me to use them
Customer Service

I have to say location isn't important to me because I do all my banking online and I refuse to mail someone a check.
