good c.d. rates

bankcd.com shows world savings bank is paying 5.76% a.p.y. on 3 month and 6 month c.d's must be new money. Personal accounts only and they only will open it at an actual branch some state restrictions apply.(certain states don't offer these rates) These rates may not be listed on there web page but they have confirmed them with me over the phone
