Do you reveive many spam emails to the email address that you gave to Emigrant Direct?



The following complaint was posted on MSN Online Banking board by olegos :

The e-mail address I gave to EmigrantDirect, and haven't used anywhere else, is now regularly getting spammed. By your regular variety spammers with foreign "from" addresses and peddling everything from mortgages to penny stocks. Started a couple of weeks ago. So beware.

I'm creating a separate e-mail address for each company I do business with, to track who's getting me spammed. EmigrantDirect is only the second company that leaked it to generic spammers (the first one was United Airlines). Makes me wonder how well they protect the rest of their customer information.
