Terms:
To receive the $100 credit you must deposit at least $20,000 of new funds or securities from an outside (i.e., non-E*TRADE) bank or brokerage account into your E*TRADE CompleteTM Investment Account. Deposits from existing E*TRADE Bank accounts or existing E*TRADE Securities accounts are not eligible. Offer not valid for IRAs, other retirement, business, trust, or E*TRADE Bank accounts. Excludes current E*TRADE Securities customers, E*TRADE FINANCIAL Corp. associates, and non-U.S. residents. New funds or securities must be deposited into your account within 30 days of account opening and must remain in the account (minus any trading losses) for a minimum of 6 months or the credit may be surrendered. The $100 will be credited to your account within 8 weeks of account funding. We reserve the right to terminate this offer at any time. Accounts must be opened by December 31, 2007, the offer expiration date.
