I found a bank in Batavia IL American Bank (FDIC insured) And Trust they match any banks rate. It is for both their new and existing customers. Plus you dont have to bring new money every time.

I opened a Cd with them and now i dont have to worry about keep moving my cd, when it expires all i have to do is tell them the best rate that i have seen out there and they will match is. I love these people.
