I wonder if the CU just supports Friends of the Fullerton Arboretum or if members of Friends of the Fullerton Arboretum ($35/year membership) are eligible to join too.

Since you're required to visit a branch to claim your bonus and this CU is only located in Ca., I think this one should be transferred to the Restricted Bonuses category.
