Terms:

By opening qualifying accounts today and you could receive up to $115 in Target GiftCards.
Start with checking and savings— existing accounts or open new ones:

Get a $15 GiftCard when you set up an automatic transfer of $100 or more from checking to savings.
Get a $25 GiftCard when you apply and are approved for a home loan.
Get a $75 GiftCard when you add a minimum amount of $15,000 to your savings or investment account.

Offer available July 5 through October 1, 2005, or while supplies last, at participating Chase locations. Must open or have any Chase consumer checking account and any consumer savings account to be eligible to participate in the promotion. Offer available only on consumer accounts used for consumer purposes. Offer not valid on account conversions or in combination with any other offers. Total rewards per person or household limited to one reward per each of the three product categories (automatic transfer, home loans, and savings or investment). Some restrictions may apply. This offer excludes any Chase and Chase Investment Services Corp. retirement accounts. If account is closed within six months of opening, Chase and Chase Investment Services Corp. reserve the right to debit back the cost of the reward. Customer will receive a coupon for a Target GiftCard from the banker to be redeemed by mail. Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery of rewards. See coupon for redemption instructions. Rewards can be shipped within the fifty (50) United States only. Nonresident aliens must provide a valid U.S. address and an alternative ID number.

The reward may be considered interest reportable on IRS Form 1099-INT.

Savings Offer: For savings accounts, a deposit of $15,000 in new money (money not currently held by Chase or its affiliates) is required to receive the reward. Annual Percentage Yields (APYs) and balance tiers are effective as of 5/2/05, and may change at Chase’s discretion. Interest rates are variable and subject to change. Fees may reduce earnings on account. APYs for LifeLine Savings are 0.50% in CT, NY, NJ and TX, for all balances of $1 or more. APYs for High Yield Savings linked to Better Banking ® Checking are 0.75% in CT, NY, NJ and TX, for all balances of $1 or more. APYs below are based on aggregated average monthly balances in eligible linked accounts. APYs for High Yield Savings linked to Better Banking ® Checking with Interest are 0.75% for balances of $1 to $9,999, and 1.25% for balances of $10,000 or more, in CT, NJ and Upstate New York; 0.75% for balances of $1 to $14,999, and 1.25% for balances of $15,000 or more, in Downstate New York; 0.75% for balances of $1 to $14,999, and 1.65% for balances of $15,000 or more, in TX. Chase deposit accounts (savings and checking) are FDIC insured. Chase investment accounts and Target gift cards are not.
