This is a first time post but the deal is too good for me not to share. BOFA (Bank of America) just acquired MBNA bank and also changed their online banking. In doing so they sent me a statement with checks. On the page with the checks it claims 0% Promotion till December 9999.
I called BOFA and after speaking with the customer service they had no clue. I called back and the 2nd gentleman spoke to his manager and explained that it was a typo / misprint but they will honor it. They moved my available balance into my checking out at 0% for the "LIFE" of the loan. $90.00 for the transaction fee.
If you have BOFA visa my recommendation is as follows. Call them and say that I received a statement from BOFA explaining 0% until Dec 9999 but I can't seem to find it. They will research this and find out about the mistake. After that its up to the rep, my friend just tried this and it did work for him.
