Beware of this nasty credit card operation !
After you apply online, inorder to activate your card, you will have to call them and be raked over the coals by a sloppy-talking gum-chewing clerk who will ask you for your most personal private information over the phone - information NOT requested on the application - information which could facilitate identity theft rather than protect you. Clearly, there's no way to tell if the clerk wants the information for their own purposes or for the banks, and, regardless, their manner and practices are outrageous.
And there is no vehicle for contacting the bank's management to complain about their practices and
behavior. If you do try to complain, they will then cancel the card and post adverse data on your credit record.
I speak from experience - My best advice is stay away from First National Bank of Omaha !!
