Client must open a RBC No Limit Account™, Royal V.I.P. Service® Package or Royal Certified Service® Package online in order to qualify for the offer. The three (3) bill payment criteria does not include one bill paid in three individual amounts. It must be three unique bill payments. Client must open the account before February 15th, 2007 and then complete three (3) bill pays by April 15th, 2007.The $100 offer will be credited to their new account, but clients should expect up to eight (8) weeks for processing of the offer.
