In order to maintain these rates, you must make payments when due and stay within your credit limit. The Introductory 0% APR does not apply to cash advances. Payments are allocated to balances starting with the lowest APR first. The Balance Transfer Transaction Fee is the greater of $10 or 3% of the transaction. However, for Accounts opened prior to May 1, 2007, there are no Balance Transfer Transaction Fees for Balance Transfers made within the first 3 months after your Account is opened.
