You can open an account at Gloucester County Federal Savings Bank
http://www.gcfbank.com/locations.asp
they will use up to $5000.00 of initial deposit from a credit card, (which posted on my 0% credit card as a PURCHASE, not cash advance!); I opened 2 cybersaver accounts there, $5000 each, in February.
their cybersaver rates are
http://www.gcfbank.com/rates.asp#cyber
5.50% APR for the first 90 days; thereafter about 3.5%
You can open a bank of america account on line using a credit card and it posts as a purchase, you used to be able to do up to $999.00, I don't know if they still do that.

read my other post.
I am trying to figure out some way to charge to my DEBIT card, but keep the money, so i can do it over and over again.
I need to figure out some way to charge 50,000 dollars on my ing DEBIT card for NON-PIN transactions. Since i do not have 50,000 dollars or the desire to spend the money if i had it, I need to figure out how to buy alot of something and then be able to reconvert it into cash.
Like 50 1000 dollar money orders (that isn't a permited purchase)

5000 dollars? now that is a good deal, citi bank will let you do it was well but only for 1500 dollars. We need to start a thread that has ways to milk reward points\ cash back offers out of credit cards\debit cards.
fatwallet talks alot about them, but nobody ever says anything useful.

maybe this idea might work. buy a reloadable prepayed debit card(with your own debit card) for 10,000 dollars then go to the atm take a hit on the fees a withdrawl the money.
