To be eligible for the $75 welcome bonus you must be a Canadian resident aged 19 or older, open a new Scotia OneTM personal day-to-day banking account between June 25, 2007 and August 4, 2007 and maintain a series of qualifying transactions on that account for a continuous period of at least one year from the date the account is opened. A qualifying transaction is either a direct deposit of payroll or pension or two distinct pre-authorized debits (i.e. each debit must be for credit to a different utility company). The first transaction(s) in the series of qualifying transactions must be successfully processed through your new Scotia One account by October 31, 2007, and eligible Scotia One accounts will be credited with the $75 welcome bonus on November 1, 2007. Only one $75 welcome bonus will be credited to an eligible Scotia One account, regardless of whether the account is held by more than one person. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is not available for Scotia One accounts that are opened with a fee waiver.
