New accounts must be opened between August 11 – October 31, 2007. Available to individuals and small businesses without a TCF checking account of $25 or more to qualify. The savings account with automatic transfer must be opened the same day as the new checking account. TCF reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time.
