Account opening takes slightly longer than usual (you fill out info, then they ask if you have more than 1 wire/withdrawal over 5k a week (or a month I forgot) security info, atm card info, check your identity, funding, and then have you print out the sig card.)
After that, the account shows up immediately in your accounts.
