Introductory Balance Transfer APR: 0% through the first twelve billing cycles of your Account.
BT fee:
3% ($10 minimum/$99 maximum) for advances by Balance Transfers requested at the time of application by phone and Internet, if applicable, and on Balance Transfer Checks included in your Welcome Package that post to your Account during the Introductory Period; thereafter a 3% ($15 minimum) Cash Advance Fee will apply, unless otherwise disclosed.
