The 0% introductory Annual Percentage Rate (APR) on Balance Transfers and Convenience Checks is applicable for the first 12 billing cycles after the account is opened and requires that you maintain your current level of credit performance and that timely payments are received.
A Balance Transfer fee applies to all Balance Transfers and Convenience Checks. During the introductory period: 3% of the amount of each transfer or check with a $5 minimum fee and $50 maximum fee; After the introductory period: 3% of the amount of each transfer or check with a minimum fee of $5.
