1. Eligibility: OPEN TO CHASE VISA BUSINESS CREDIT CARDHOLDERS WITH AN ACCOUNT IN GOOD STANDING WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER AS OF MAY 1, 2008. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, AND WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. Offer Period: Offer begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on May 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on June 30, 2008 (the “Offer Period”).
3. Offer Description: Eligible Chase Visa Business Credit card cardholders who are registered to participate in this promotion will receive a one-time $100 cash bonus credited to their account on total eligible Visa purchases of $5,000 or more made with an eligible Chase Visa Business Credit card associated with their account at a merchant location in the United States during the Offer Period. Purchases must be made at a participating merchant location with an eligible Chase Visa Business Credit card that is in good standing and issued in the U.S. and processed through Visa U.S.A. Inc.’s transaction-processing system during the Offer Period. The maximum total amount of cash bonus allowed per account is $100, regardless of amount of total eligible purchases. The $5,000 spending threshold is calculated on an account level (eligible purchases on cards with different card numbers within the same account will be combined to achieve the spending threshold).
4. How to Register: In order to participate in this offer, you must register by going to www.chasebizbonus.com and following the links to the $100 Cash Bonus Offer. You must then fully complete and submit the registration form including Chase Visa Business Credit card account number during the Offer Period.

Eligible Purchase: Only eligible Chase Visa purchases made at a participating merchant location in the United States with an eligible Chase Visa Business Credit card that is in good standing and issued in the U.S. and processed through Visa U.S.A. Inc.’s transaction-processing system during the Offer Period are eligible for cash bonus offer. Cards or card numbers that are stolen, fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise altered are not eligible for the offer and purchases made with such cards or card numbers are void.
6. Cash bonus Payment: The one-time cash bonus payment will be issued by Sponsors in the form of a credit offer on primary cardholder’s monthly statement. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for credit to appear on your account.
7. Excluded Transactions. The following transactions are excluded from this offer: Cash advances, balance transfers, non-U.S.-dollar purchases, Interlink®-processed transactions, and purchases authorized by entering a personal identification number (PIN). If a purchase is returned after you receive your cash bonus, Visa will add the previously credited charge back to your account. Your purchase must be posted to your account within the Offer Period to qualify.
8. Restrictions: Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend or modify any part of this entire offer at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Sponsors’ failure to enforce any terms of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate these Terms and Conditions or interfere with this offer in any manner and void all associated registrations. This offer cannot be resold, substituted transferred or combined with any other offer.
9. Limitation of Liability: By participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including all eligibility requirements. You release and hold harmless Chase, N.A., Visa U.S.A. Inc., its successors and assigns, Visa International Service Association, its successors and assigns, their respective member financial institutions, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, Strobe Promotions, Inc. and Arc Worldwide, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders (collectively, “Releasees”), from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this offer. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, garbled information, registrations, or transactions, or for information, transactions, registrations that are lost, misdirected, or fail to enter into the processing system; or are processed, reported or transmitted late or incorrectly; or for any other errors or problems of any kind, whether typographical, printing, mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the offer, including, without limitation, any error or problem which may occur in connection with the administration of the offer or cash bonus, or the processing of registrations or cash bonus.
