Mutual Bank - 12.00% APY 4-yr CD?

That's what is indicated in the best rates section. When I clicked on the bank, I did not see anything like 12.00% APY.
Is this an error, or what?

It was a bug in a database that we use. Thanks for reporting it! We have removed the entry for Mutual Bank from the database until we figure out what is wrong with it.
