Even if the offer is good nationally would hardly seem worth the trouble of opening an account and having yet another 1099 form, for $8.50 a month in interest Just a silly leader offer

Thanks for the e-mail. I'm sorry, but if you are not an existing
customer, you must physically come into the bank and sign up for a new
checking account along with a $1000 CD. If you live in NYC, that would
be a little difficult. Just out of my own curiosity, how did you find
out about our promotion if you live so far away?
