Offer Description. The ScholarShare College Savings Plan (the "ScholarShare Plan") is a 529 college savings plan administered by ScholarShare Investment Board ("SIB"), an agency of the State of California and managed by Fidelity Investments® ("Fidelity®"). To receive a $50.00 Target GiftCard (a "Gift Card"), eligible individuals must (a) open a new account under the ScholarShare Plan (a "ScholarShare Account") within 30 days of registering for the Gift Card offer between August 24, 2009 and December 31, 2009 and (b) establish an automatic investment plan for the ScholarShare Account of at least $50 per month, with the initial $50 automatic investment contributed and invested within 90 days after the ScholarShare Account is opened. Limit: one (1) Gift Card per person. The ScholarShare Account must be individually owned (no trust, custodial or other relationship arrangements).
Eligibility. Offer open only to individual legal residents of the State of California age 18 or older as of August 24, 2009, and excludes the following: (a) employees of Fidelity and SIB and their respective affiliates, including immediate families and member of the same household; (b) FINRA affiliated customers; and © individuals who have received any gift, premium, prize or non-cash compensation from Fidelity during the 2009 calendar year.
Gift Cards. Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions stated thereon and otherwise specified by their issuer, Target Corporation. All taxes and other costs associated with the acceptance and use of Gift Cards are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Gift Cards will be mailed by United States Postal Service to mailing address provided on the Gift Card Registration Form. Allow 8-10 weeks (from date of qualification for Gift Card) for Gift Card delivery. Gift Cards will be issued only in name of ScholarShare Account owner.
