With Shorebank dropping it's rate to 2.80% effective at midnight tonight, there are only 4 banks remaining which pay > 3% APY, which require a minimum balance of $1000 or less, and which don't require you to jump through any hoops in order to receive the rate. They are:

Americanet Bank www.americanetbank.com 3.10% $1 min

#2, 3, and 4 are connected to each other, so when one bank lowers its rate, the two others will follow suit.
