1. Complete the registration form provided and click submit.
2. Provide your contact information and valid email addresses for a friend or family member.
3. Your friend will receive an email notification containing registration instructions and requirements of the program.
4. Once your friend has opened a new personal checking account and completed two direct deposits of at least $100 each within 60 days, you will both receive certificates valid for a $50 VisaŽ Gift Card*.
Referring party must be an existing customer of the participating bank and maintain an account in good standing at that bank until the referred party completes all Refer-a-Friend program requirements. All referral account openings must be made within 90 days of the referring party's registration. Accounts opened after this time may result in disqualification. Returned/invalid email addresses and non-deliverable addresses are not the responsibility of Citizens-Union Savings Bank or its third party vendors. All bank rules and regulations apply. This program may be modified or cancelled at any time without notice to either party.
This offer through our Refer-a-Friend program is available to referred parties who currently don't have a checking account at Citizens-Union Savings Bank. Non US residents and individuals under 18 years of age are not eligible. To qualify, you must follow all steps exactly as described in offer and meet all terms and conditions. All registrations must match name and address provided to Citizens-Union Savings Bank at the time of account opening. Referred customer must complete all program requirements for either party to receive the gift. Value of offer may be subject to income tax reporting.
