You will earn 1 point for each $1.00 of net purchases. Purchases made at UPS, The UPS Store, UPS.com, or retail establishments that classify their merchant location for Visa as a gas station, a restaurant, or an office supply store will earn 2 additional points for each $1.00 of net purchases ("Special Purchases"). You do not earn points on balance transfers, cash advances, any checks that are used to access your account, overdraft advances, travelers checks, finance charges, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account. Maximum point accumulation on the additional 2 points earned on Special Purchases, is 40,000 points annually. There is no maximum number of points that you can accumulate on net purchases earning 1 point, including the portion of the Special Purchases earning just 1 point. You are earning your rewards as points. If you choose to redeem for cash back, 3 points equals 3% or $0.03 cash back and 1 point equals 1% or $0.01 cash back. For example, 2,500 points can be redeemed for a $25 check.
